Did you know breast milk contains over 200 unique compounds that scientists still can’t fully replicate?

One of the most incredible of these are Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs) — the third most abundant solid component in breast milk after lactose and fat.

HMOs aren’t there to feed your baby directly. Instead, they feed the good bacteria in your baby’s gut, helping establish a healthy microbiome from the very beginning.
