All set up and ready to go . It is the 50th anniversary and Gulgong has turned on a gorgeous winters day. It is great to be out and about with our all natural great tasting low alcohol Elderflower Mist Sparkling. We have all of our varieties on for tasting and sale so why not swing by do a tasting or stock up for the long weekend and celebrate the life of one of Australia‘s greatest poets.

Sydney, we're heading your way. This Sunday you'll find us at The Coal Loader Artisans Market in Waverton.

We'll be pouring tastings of Elderflower Mist Sparkling, our naturally fermented light sparkling drink made from elderflowers grown on our farm on Nullo Mountain.

Made in small batches with mountain spring water and regionally sourced ingredients, it's a drink that doesn't fit neatly into any category. Not a beer. Not a wine. Not a cider. Just something a little different.

This long weekend you'll find us on the road again.

From Gulgong to Mudgee, Portland to Sydney Harbour, we'll be packing the esky, loading the bottles and heading off before sunrise to spend the weekend meeting people who care about good food, good drink and the stories behind them.

Every bottle of Elderflower Mist Sparkling starts on our farm on Nullo Mountain🌿. The markets are where those stories continue.

They come back because they remember the conversation at the market table, the hands that poured the tasting, the story of where the elderflowers grow, and the feeling that the thing they are taking home has been made with care.

Widden Brook Farm is not a brand sitting somewhere separate from the work. It is the work: the elderflowers we grow, the water we draw, the bottles we pack, the markets we show up to, and the people who keep telling us where they opened a bottle🥂✨

It is a beautiful autumn day and we are here with all four of our unique all natural great tasting low alcohol Elderflower Mist Sparkling, including our new ultra low - 1.9 % ABV - Hazy Days. They are all great Mothers Day presents, perfect for that last minute gift. So come by, say hi, do a tasting and stock up - we will not be back in Moree until next year.
