Experimenting with ham glaze in preparation for Christmas (it will be here before we know it!).
The base of the glaze is our Drunken Cherry Compote, with ham from our friends at Trunkey Bacon and Pork
It's definitely a winning recipe. I'll publish a recipe card in the next few weeks.
