Thank you to those who have tried our Kaldereta (Filipino Beef Stew). This Filo favourite is served with a twist— torched cheese & toasted bread instead of the usual rice. Perfect for an early morning treat! Filling & not too heavy but will still warm your soul 💛✨

P.S. no one was harmed in this video. 😅 We were trying to shoot our usual content and this just happened. Won’t happen again! 🤞🏼 Safety first✨

We’re bringing more of the Filipino food we grew up with to the Gold Coast, full of comfort, flavour and a little taste of home.

Our OG taho served cold (over ice) ~now a drink instead of just a dessert. Made for warmer days ☀️

Cold brew coffee meets taho!
Served with cold foam, cold brew, ice, soy pudding, sago and our signature classic syrup.

Filipino Beef Kaldereta – slow-cooked beef in a rich tomato sauce, hearty, comforting and full of flavour.
Controversial? Yes, as we normally serve it over rice. This one is a must try as the bread definitely complements with the stew 😋💯
