The mornings are getting cooler and the goats are getting fluffier. They don't seem to mind — they're still out in the paddock first thing, doing what goats do.

There's something really peaceful about a quiet winter morning out here.

What is so great about goat milk?

One of our favourite dinners on a cold day 🍝❄️🧡

It is made with curry powder 🌿 and cumin spice ✨ to give an amazing flavour 🤤. Then the top is made using 50% pumpkin 🎃 and 50% sweet potato 🍠, with grated Caprino Romano 🧀 mixed through the top.

The Romano is strong and salty 🧂😋 — we prefer a lot, but you can add as much as you like. Think of it like Parmesan, sharp but with a less bitter taste 🧀👌
