Sorry I haven't updated in a little while ! Been having a bit of a break from talking about it. But I'm back and have a returning issue that's popped up!

Black mould growing behind the baseboards and probably where it started ! And water leaking inside near the front door and black mould growing. Lovely.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't posted in a while just f or a little down in the dumps. So alot has happened. We contacted the local newspaper and they came and took pictures and asked questions. It was different.

Is damp weather to blame for mould, or is it the house itself?

I missed posting yesterday but I'll give another update today.

This is what our bed looked like after emptying our wardrobe AGAIN. It's definitely being checked daily now and it comes back within days .
So I'm giving alot of our stuff a rewash because of the mould and mildew. It's not a nice feeling not having somewhere safe to put out clothes. We are going to leave the wardrobe empty till the people who looked at the moisture issues come back .

It's a joke that they think this is normal. But this will be the first inspection since getting the new fan. Which hasn't fixed our issue.

Excuse the mess but you get the point.

Heya guys!

Just a quick update for today!

Incase some people don't know how these work, when it flashed red it makes the environment is very damp. Says it all in he instructions .

But here's some of the lovely readings from today even though it's supposed to be a 'tenant issue' .

Also the 'DL' means it's very high reading.

Hey all!

As you know, we have a mould issue but our Government tenancy officer has done nothing but deny any issues with structure.

Today someone picked up a moisture metre for us to get some more proof of otherwise. So obviously my partner got to it straight away! Because we knew there was an issue obviously but we had no idea it was this bad 🫪💀

Have a look at the reading in one of the biggest problem spots for moisture in our house !

That's a bit messed up.

The thing that annoys me most is the fact they got a couple blokes with clipboards and a phone to measure the moisture in the house but neither of them had a moisture metre, to yaknow... MEASURE THE MOISTURE in the air.

We are so over spending money on this unit .

Sitting back and enjoying streaming the new Elle, while my partner is trying to stream a game on twitch.

My Tenancy organisation refuses to upgrade our unit complex's NBN to fibre as "they can't expect the other tenants to pay the money to upgrade too".

I'm trying to remember when it was but NBN was giving out a bunch of upgrades to residential addresses, but apparently NBN won't just do the one unit they will have to do the whole complex but the government agency refuses to fork out for an internet upgrade even with heaps of stuttering issues.

We pay for the highest we can get as we are both gamers and streamers but that somehow doesn't help, at all. We have an Asus gaming router so it shouldn't be a router issue.

My partner can't even stream a game for some side cash while we are struggling financially 😔

Hi there ! This is gonna be my blog where I vent about issues and talk about homelife.!

So as many of you don't know I have been struggling with a case with my tenancy and I'm just hoping there's no more house issues that pop up today !

Fingers crossed I don't find any more black mould today 🫣
