The vines have now shed their leaves and settled into winter dormancy, marking the next stage in the vineyard's yearly cycle. 🍂

While the vineyard may look quiet, there's plenty happening behind the scenes. Over the coming weeks we'll be busy pruning the vines, carefully trimming them back and preparing them for another growing season ahead 🍇

Meet The Team – CHLOE ✨

If you’ve visited us lately, chances are you’ve met Chloe, our front of house waitress who’s also been busy learning the kitchen ropes 👩‍🍳

Born and bred in the Limestone Coast, Chloe has been with us for nearly 18 months and has worked in hospitality since leaving school. On top of that, she’s spent the past 10 years as a care worker, which explains why she’s the type of person who would drop everything to help anyone 💛

Outside of work, Chloe loves her pets, supporting local women through the Women in Agriculture & Business (where she’s been secretary for 4 years!) and embracing her inner rev head 🚜🔥

Whether she’s tweaking her own ute or getting involved with the Down Under Modified Tractor Pulling Association, there’s not much this girl can’t do!

Yesterday we were lucky enough to receive a surprise visit from our Marketing Manager, Daena, who is currently on maternity leave and the highlight was finally meeting her beautiful little boy Henry Gil 💙

Born on 24th March, Henry already has everyone wrapped around his tiny fingers. It was so lovely catching up with Daena and sharing some cuddles with the newest little member of the extended team.
