Haven’t posted in a while due to me completing my Certificate IV in Patisserie so I am now a Pastry Chef and we have been renovating the kitchen!

I am so happy with how this one turned out… there were a few bumps in the process that had me very worried but it’s not a clumsy catering cake if the process was smooth sailing🫶🏼
