Week 3 of fresh bread Sundays! We had a power cut on Friday night which threw my prep schedule out of wack by about 5 hours… On top of that I was selling my first round of cinnamon rolls which use fresh yeast which died during the power outage 😫. Anyway with little sleep and a bit of stress, I pulled out some tasty loaves and 20 cinnamon buns. Also tested some sandwich and wholemeal bread.

Im struggling with the size of my oven as I can only bake one loaf at a time using a Dutch oven. As you can imagine, this isn't very effective when you have multiple loaves to bake. This week I'm going to test some open bake methods so I can bake multiple loaves at once and hopefully accept more orders 😃
