Tokyo’s most inventive ramen brand, Yatagarasu (“Tokyo New Mixture Noodles”) is led by Celebrity Chef Chikara Iyama, known for weekly limited creations and ramen pop-ups across Japan.

Chef Ieyama will host a one-day pop-up at Super Souper Ramen on 3rd May Featuring:

• Iyama Wagyu Curry Rice
• Wagyu Beef Curry Ramen
• Miso Corn Ramen (Vegan)

Chef Ieyama of Yatagarasu (“Tokyo New Mixture Noodles”) is renowned for weekly limited ramen and pop-ups, creating nearly 80 specials yearly. His brand runs 15 Tokyo shops with global collaborations, often named after birds such as Mozu, Toki, and Raicho.
