Today for evening tea, helped my wife, Malathy Ramasamy to make Kuih Ketayap ( Pandan flavoured Crepes with palm sugar Coconut stuffing). It was so refreshing and tasty. Traditional 'Kuih Melayu' reminds me of my favourite 'kuih muih' back home in Malaysia.

Recipe:
Stuffing - water, palm sugar, sugar, pandan leaf, salt, shredded coconut (mix well , cook and cool down)
Pandan Batter - flour, coconut milk, oil, pandan colour, egg, salt (blend well to a pouring consistency) - cook the batter into a thin layer Crepes and cool down
Finishing- stuff the Crepes with coconut stuffing and roll . Serve 🥰👍

Egg Fried Rice (Quick Fried Rice with simple ingredients)
- Chopped Onion , cut red chill, crushed garlic
- Diced carrots
- Eggs
- Fluffy Tofu , Kai Lan
- Basmati Rice
- Fried Rice sauce (Thick soy sauce, ABC soy sauce, tomato sauce, Chili paste, white pepper).
- Salt to taste.

Pasta (Base ) : Oliver oil, Onion, Garlic, Herbs, Mushroom, white wine, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, baby Spinach, parsley, Spaghetti Pasta.

Grilled Salmon (skin on): Marinate with Olive oil, Salt, cracked black pepper, crushed garlic, herbs, pan grilled with Garlic butter (both side 2 min), oven bake 180°C 10min. :😍👍
