Today marks 14 years since we started Artisan Foods.
Over the years, we’ve celebrated plenty of highs, weathered our share of lows, and thankfully, the good has always outweighed the hard.
This past year, however, has been the toughest of them all. I lost my business partner, and one of my closest friends, to cancer. There are no words for the space that’s left behind.
But as the saying goes, the show must go on. And it has.
You dig deeper than you ever thought possible, discover strength you didn’t know you had, and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Slowly, you find yourself standing in a place you never imagined you’d have to reach.
I’ll say what so many people are thinking: cancer is a cruel, relentless disease, and it can go get stuffed.
So here we are—14 years on. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built, so very grateful to everyone who’s supported us along the way, and determined to keep moving forward.
But this anniversary feels different.
Fourteen years… and one without you by my side.
I’ll carry your friendship, your wisdom, and everything we built together with me, always.
