Coastal Spinach also known as Warrigal Greens.

- Edible spinach - rich in iron, good source of fibre
- Taste profile: similar to regular spinach, although it has a thicker leaf
- Quick blanching before cooking to release the acidity (oxaltes) that comes from the plant, making it more safer and pleasant to eat
- Traditionally used to treat wounds

There’s a season to celebrate even the finer things in life.

Today, it’s the purple bush basil flower—quietly claiming its place as the centerpiece.

Simple, vibrant, and a reminder that beauty doesn’t have to be loud to be extisting ♡
