We have been a little quiet on here lately so we thought we would fill you in on what we have been up too!

We took a trip over to Italy 🇮🇹
We went to source the best quality products that we can for our wonderful customers. We also found a few pieces of equipment that will soon join the Impasto family.

We have come back well rested, full of knowledge & lots of new ideas that we are so excited to share with you. Be sure to keep an eye out for our new menu launching at the beginning of next year 🍝🍕

✨ THE HEART BEHIND IMPASTO ✨

“Impasto” means to knead in Italian — and for us, it’s more than just a word. It represents the love, care, and passion that goes into every piece of dough Giovanni creates. Because the secret to light, fluffy pizza? It all starts with the knead 🤍

Meet Giovanni & AnnMaree — the husband and wife duo behind Impasto Catering.

What began as family gatherings filled with amazing food (and lots of it!) quickly turned into something more, thanks to the support of our loved ones who encouraged us to share it with you all.

Giovanni brings over 10 years of chef experience, learning from his Nonna and refining his craft in Italy 🇮🇹 His passion for Italian cooking has been with him from a young age and continues to shine through every dish.

AnnMaree followed her passion into nursing, dedicating her life to caring for others. Alongside that, her love for food and hospitality has always been a big part of who she is.

Together, we created Impasto Catering — combining our love for food, family, and bringing people together to create unforgettable moments.

We’re so grateful to be part of your special celebrations and can’t wait to share many more with you 🤍🍕
