I've been a bit MIA for the last couple of weeks so here's a little catch up...

Finally made my first ever paella and it was absolutely amazing! Super easy in the TM7 ❤️

Bread has also been made because home made fresh bread is delicious 🤤

I also used the mushroom risotto recipe but instead of putting mushrooms in, I put bacon, ham, chorizo and spinach... always a winner here and never any leftovers 🤣🤣

All easy, no standing over a stove and perfect for me to get the washing away while it's all cooking ❤️

Last night Kathleen made Butter Chicken and managed to make enough sauce so that we have 2 meals worth in the freezer ready to add to chicken for quick dinners after kids sports.
