Our unplanned Belgian Bantam babies have officially hatched! 🐣💛
Thanks to our little devil, who decided the protected nesting area wasn't good enough and laid her eggs somewhere completely different, we've had a surprise addition to the Rathy Ridge family!
We're thrilled to welcome these gorgeous little Silver Mille Fleur and Mille Fleur chicks into the world. They are tiny, fluffy, and already stealing our hearts.
We can't wait to watch these little beauties grow—stay tuned for plenty of baby photos and updates!

You do everything you can to keep them safe, but there's always one that likes to push the boundaries and find a way out!
Thanks to our nosy Jack Russell, we found our adventurous girl before anything happened. For her own safety, we had to move her and her ten eggs. Unfortunately, she wouldn't settle back onto the nest, so I've put the eggs into the incubator.
Now we're keeping our fingers crossed for a successful hatch! 🥚🐣
