An idea was baked...

When I fell pregnant in 2017, I wanted to include a personalised cookies as part of my baby shower. I was unable to find any cookies that could be personalised at a reasonable price and no one seemed to be offering any flavour options.

So I decided to make my own with my mum’s help, since she’s the one who taught me how to bake. I have always loved a ginger snap biscuit and my mum suggested a marshmallow fondant for the top. The flavour combination I fell in love with and found myself baking them again and again.

The response from my friends and family was overwhelming and it got me thinking, why doesn’t anyone offer a anything other than a sugar biscuit with fondant icing? The more I thought about it, the more excited I got about the possibilities.

From this, the idea to bake scrumptious cookies with different flavour options was conceived.
