Bolar roast for tea tonight cooked to perfection wrapped in alfoil to rest whilst I do my veggies! Should’ve taken a photo! Melt in your mouth! However, what I did snap a photo of was the kindest of words left by one of our customers I read out aloud at the dinner table… the kids said stop no business at the table! I replied no this one’s a celebration and some gratitude for the new Google review! 🙌🫶🏼😍🤎🥩

Well, Mark, I know you absolutely hate being in front of the camera, but I think you missed your calling. 1,200 people have so far liked your video, and that's pretty epic for a farmer just chatting about his quarter carcass. All Cuts NOW SOLD 😍! Dog bones available still! TODAY ONLY: 100% Grass Fed and Finished farm specials from Garryowen! 🥩

Whole rump $38.49/kg (4.7kg, slice it your way), crumbed beef schnitzel $21/kg (3.9kg & 4.1kg packs) and bulk sliced T-bones $31.89/kg (8.7kg).

WHOLE RUMP – $38.49/kg (4.7kg piece)
Our 100% Grass Fed and Finished rump comes as one whole piece, so you can cut it exactly how you like it: thick steaks for the BBQ, thinner ones for the pan, or diced for stir fries and kebabs. Rump is made up of several muscles, which gives it a great mix of texture and a rich, beefy flavour. Best cooked hot and fast, then rested before slicing.

BEEF SCHNITZEL – $21/kg (3.9kg and 4.1kg packs)
Tender slices of 100% Grass Fed and Finished beef, already crumbed and ready to cook. Shallow fry until golden, or top with sauce and cheese for a parmi at home. A big pack like this goes straight into the freezer, so a quick dinner is always on hand for busy nights.

BULK T-BONES – $31.89/kg (8.7kg, sliced)
The classic BBQ steak, 100% Grass Fed and Finished. Every T-bone gives you two cuts in one: the sirloin on one side and a piece of tender fillet on the other, with the bone in the middle adding flavour and helping it cook evenly. Throw them on a hot BBQ or pan, and there's plenty here to fill the freezer.

National Family Business Day

Six generations. 185 years.

From John and Ann McInerney leaving Ireland in 1840 to Mark, Stella, Cooper and Charlie today. The purpose has stayed the same: opportunity and a passion for agriculture in providing for others.

When John McInerney farmed at Tarlee in the 1860s, he did more than grow crops. John wrote about farming to shape better practice. He wrote letters to newspapers about farming. He served as a Justice of the Peace. He helped establish the Tarlee Agricultural Bureau so farmers could work through problems together.

He believed agriculture mattered beyond his own boundary fence.

That instinct shaped how he created opportunity for his sons. It wasn't just about dividing land. It was about giving each of them room to contribute to agriculture in the way they were built to contribute, while keeping them connected to each other and to the shared purpose.

Nearly 80 years later, Mark carries the same belief. He advocates for agricultural knowledge sharing. He brings farmers together. He volunteers in his farming community.

And now at Garryowen, we're asking: how do we create opportunity for the sixth generation to pursue a genuine passion for agriculture and providing for others, in a way that keeps the family working together?

That's not just succession planning. That's building for purpose across generations.

The answer changes. The purpose doesn't.

We have a small number of 1/4 Carcass grass fed and finished beef packs available for pick up this Thursday the 17th or Friday the 18th.

Cuts include multiples of: Shin Osso Bucco, Bolar Roast, Blade Steak, Chuck Mince, Seasoned Roast Brisket, Scotch Fillet Steak, Rib Roast, Skirt Mince, Sirloin Porterhouse Steak, Fillet Steak, Rump Steak, Crumbed Schnitzel, Topside Sandwhich Steak, Corned Silverside, Gravy Beef Diced and Sausages.

Dog Bones available with your order also.
