Taste the nostalgia on a wintery afternoon with this delicious dried grape spiced tea cake.

The Fruit: 1.5 cups Little Gemz Sweet Celebration dried grapes (steeped in 1 cup hot black tea for 20mins)

The Batter:

2.5 cups self-raising flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 large egg (room temp, beaten)

1/2 cup buttermilk

65g unsalted butter, browned

The Mirror-Shine Glaze: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup water/tea, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, I tbs salted butter
