*Photo is of Sheila, a gorgeous Splash Laced Red Wyandotte. She is giving this 1st time mum thing a crack - yet to be determined how she goes.
Eggs still available to order regularly from the Wyandottes. Just pm. πŸ’–πŸ₯š

Our last available goat for quite a while!

Lacey πŸ’–
Roughly 1yr 3 months old, Nubian doe
βœ…οΈ good with Maremma's
βœ…οΈ good with other goats

She was originally smaller due to her mum being too young but between the breeder & myself, she's doing really well. Has put some nice weight on & even her height has shot up recently. Really happy with where she is at.
She was with our buck (accidentally) a few months back, but I have 0 reason to believe she took.
She was not the friendliest when we got her here but she has come along way. She will take treats from your hand, will come right up to you & eat her feed at your feet. She is very easy to grab if you're quick & she's easy to do most things with.

Available now πŸ’–

My first update regarding my Brahma Coloured Egger Project!!
A lovely olive egg & she was the ONLY pullet I hatched with that gorgeous blue base - until a recent pullet came along (about 13 weeks old, very excited to see what she lays). Her Partridge colouring is not as defined as her black based hatch mates but she is goooorgeous. Yet to see what her black based sisters lay. 🀞
Absolutely stoked that attempt #1 has been this successful. With the Brahma Coloured Project & the Wyandotte Coloured Project.
Very excited for next season! 😍

On a MUCH more positive note ✨️
LOOK at this stunning pullet!! 😍 11 week old Millefleur Pekin. She is absolutely divine. Still room for improvement in our Pekins, but I am so happy with where they are headed!

Not for sale, sorry, she's too pretty. 🀣

I *might* have leftover pullets available from our Mille's once I have enough hoarded for myself, but no promises. πŸ’–

I'd like to get ahead of this before this potentially ruins my small business πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Can I start by asking a favour - of any of my customers who have had great results with our eggs, or even ones that had bad results & have allowed me to help troubleshoot & have good results a following time - can I please ask you to leave a review here on our Facebook. I would like to hope that if I have enough positive reviews that will help hold up the legitimacy of our business if sh hits the fan.

As a customer of our small business, specifically a customer that requires shipping, you are expected to READ (yes, READ, not skim!) a post that is sent to you PRIOR to purchasing.
This post entails what to do if results are less than expected.
I do go outside of this agreement where reasonable - in a good way! Frankly, I base it off the individual customer & the results that were had. I do not, and will not, offer refunds UNLESS fertility in my own incubators matches yours (within a reasonable %), as I set eggs so religiously, I know when fertility was a problem & more than happy to rectify this when this happens!
Birds are birds. Issues arise. As I like to always say with animals - sh happens!

I strive for every single customer to leave their purchases with us as a positive. I feel so incredibly bad when things don't go to plan. Fertile eggs are so exciting, but can be SO risky! I will always help, and will 9 times out of 10 offer some sort of discount on eggs, or replacement eggs, based off the severity of the issue. I DO HOWEVER - require (yes, REQUIRE!!!) you to be open & forthcoming about any known incubator issues & accept help & support from myself to help troubleshoot those issues. We are wasting time & resources by not troubleshooting potential issues.
If you are given a reasonable offer to rectify your issue, please DO NOT then try to argue the fix & expect a refund.
I've just had to refund a lady. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of communication & total unwillingness to accept any offers or incubator advice. Based off how difficult initial payment taking was with this customer, among other issues refusing was not in my best interest. Or my businesses best interest. We don't make money out of this business on a GOOD day, let alone if someone tried to slander our business name.

I will not refund any future customers where % of growth in your eggs does not match the fertility % in my own eggs. Under any circumstances this WILL NOT be happening again. If a middle ground cannot be found by offering replacement eggs, then a refund will not happen. Refunds are reserved solely & completely for orders that coincide with fertility ACTUALLY being down at the time of your order!

Appreciate everyone's understanding. I am so incredibly thankful for the amount of amazing customers we have been able to help grow their flocks with our eggs. I am so happy to say the positives always outweigh the bads! πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ₯š

A sight for sore eyes.
12.5ml in the past 24hrs - doesn't seem like much but with how dry our land is, it's definitely been a very welcome wet. The slow continuous rain yesterday was probably the best introduction we could have asked for. We haven't had "real" storms here for about 9-10 months, I have HEAPS of animals who have never even seen storms! Yesterday helped me prepare birds who weren't quite ready & *hopefully* everyone will be prepared for when the big wets hit us.
Or, I will be out in gumboots in torrential rain pulling birds inside like I seem to do every yr. 🀣🫣
I hope everyone else is benefiting from the rain, hopefully there is a lot more coming!!

These gorgeous girls joined our herd. 😍
Eureka Paradox - dappled
Eureka Premonition - black & tan with frosted ears
Surprise addition was having mum join them!
Chelsea Park Portrait. She is absolutely stunning with such a great personality.
These 3 are in a separate pen while we acclimate them to our dogs.

As much as the goats we've parted with lately have been incredibly sad departures, I am teeing myself up with hopefully an incredible season once we are fully recovered from these fires. Bigger, better & easier stock.
These 3 will be such beautiful pairings with Eureka Andreas - our papered mottled boy.

Thank you to Eureka Anglo Nubian Stud for supplying us with the most incredible goats.
(Ps, she currently has a lovely buckling available that is a direct relation to our Andreas ;))

GONE πŸ’–

A double post - sorry
Another pullet available. So this girlie is available because frankly I cannot remember what she is 🀣🀣🀣
She could be a pure Copper Marans. But I THINK she is a Blue Copper x Lavender Marans. So, to be honest, I don't know.
Regardless, she should lay a darker brown egg. I just can't hang onto her because I cannot guarantee what she was & I can't put her in my breeder pens.
She would be about 10 weeks!
