If you do like it chilled, here's what we'd suggest?
Red: 30 mins (target 16-18°C - cellar temperature)
White: 2 hrs in the fridge, 10 mins out (target 10–12°C)
Rose: 1.5 hrs in the fridge (target 8–10°C)

(A Red may not always need chilling, but it can help to release the flavours and aromas, especially in the warmer months).
