Another day on the knives!

FOREQUARTER CHALLENGE

There's a butcher's challenge doing the rounds on social media at the moment, with butchers from all over having a bit of fun and seeing how fast they can bone out a forequarter of beef.
So I thought I'd have a crack myself and put my skills to the test!
Years of experience definitely help, but speed means nothing without quality. The goal is always to produce a clean, professional job while having a bit of fun along the way.
