Today we made a video showing exactly what we do when we come to your property and process your beef right there in front of you.

We cut and prepare the meat to suit your family, supply the heavy-duty freezer bags and labels, and we also have the option of cryovac packing if that’s what you prefer.

Everything is done on-site at your property, so you can see exactly how your beef is being handled from start to finish.

Clean bones = meat in the freezer

Jack b***d out a side of beef today, and have a look at what he left behind!

There's not much getting past this young bloke anymore. Clean, neat and very little waste - exactly how we like to do it.
He's come a bloody long way, and it's pretty good for this old man to stand back and watch him doing the job properly. Father and son, working side by side and filling freezers around Central Victoria.
Clean and neat makes better meat.

WE’RE BACK!

After a few weeks recovering from my little run-in with a cow 😂, I’m back on deck and the father-and-son team is ready to get stuck into it again!

Jack and I are back doing what we do best — coming to you and filling freezers with your own home-grown beef and lamb.
