I love cooking different typical foods of our country. One of them is the empanadas that have become a symbol of Argentina. Along with the roast, the dulce de leche and the chimichurri. During covid I came up with the idea to start making empanadas to sell at a local brewery located in the state of Victoria. People who tried them were very happy and gave us good reviews and they were becoming more
and more popular in the community. For this reason, I started working hard on this project and decided to apply to place a booth on the Market.
