The Cakering Co It started with Marnel's friends asking us to bake and decorate her wedding cake!!!

Marnel and Lydia love baking (sometimes rather interesting and original cake flavors) and decorating cupcakes, cakes, biscuits and sweets of all shapes sizes and sugar levels. So this page is dedicated to our explorations of the making of cakes, cupcakes and other highly sugary foods, and to allow our friends and family to make use of our eagerness to learn to make their cheap but yummy cakes/cupcakes/cookies etc.
