It’s hard not to feel inspired when the rainbow chard looks like this.

A lot of people don’t realise it’s actually in the same family as beetroot - you get that same earthy flavour and hit of iron, just without the messy prep.
We usually give the stems a few minutes in the pan with some garlic before adding the leaves.

It’s perfect for a quick sauté or tucked into a weekend quiche!

How are you using yours this week?

What 3 months in the dirt looks like.

We’ve been watching this patch since they were just sprouts. 6 weeks in, 9 weeks, and finally harvest ready at 12.

Beetroot is one of those staples that works with pretty much anything. Roast it for dinner, slice it into burgers for lunch, add it to salads or blend it into a dip for an easy spread. Did you know even the leaves can be used in pasta or mixed with greens?

Simple ingredients, plenty of ways to use them 🌱

Most people look at the leaves; we look at what’s underneath.

The roots tell the real story of how a crop is handling the season. We’re seeing plenty of reach and strength in the roots this week, which is the secret behind the shelf-life and “snap” of our produce!

Clean, crisp, and straight from the farm.
The quality of this week’s Bok Choy harvest is exactly where we want it to be. Thick stalks, zero strings, and plenty of snap 🥬

Rosemary 🌿 If you’re looking for the easiest way to level up a dish with zero effort, this is it.

Three unique ways to use it this week:

Chop it fine with flaky sea salt for your morning eggs

Toss a sprig in the pan with cold olive oil before you even turn on the heat.

Pop a bunch in your honey jar, then drizzle it over your choice of cheese.

How are you using your Coolibah rosemary this week?
