Good Morning Springbrook!

Have only a few options for our morning menu today and servings are limited.

Bacon, egg and cheese rolls $10
Lamb burger - lettuce, red onion, tomato, fetta and tzatziki $14
Halloumi burger - lettuce, red onion tomato and tzatziki $14
Hot chips $7

I only have 2 choices left for the sweet tooth
Chocolate mud cake and brownies.

Hello everyone,

Stayed up and made some more desserts last night. Already getting low on Lemon Meringue Pie with one slice left. Still have some homemade caramel slice and pineapple and vanilla cheese cake.

Just finishing making a new batch of lamb burger patties so super fresh if you are looking for a parish lunch or dinner.

Don’t forget we have some beautiful fresh produce here as well at the Observatory.

Update

Once again I have sold out of everything by 6:30 which is a record. Thank you so much for the love Springbrook. I will endeavour to come up with some things for breakfast by morning.

Hello Springbrook and thank you!!

Was so nice to see so many locals tonight and I thank you for all the voices of concern as to why I was not opened last week and the relief you showed that the Hungry Frog is here for you this week. It is good to know that I have made a positive impact in our community.

I have been overwhelmed by local support and have sold out of all my home made deserts and all my hamburgers. A lot of things are preordered for tomorrow so I’m off home now to make more of all the food you love.

Please remember that next weekend I will be closed due to family commitments over the school holidays. I appreciate you all and I look forward to seeing you through this weekend and then again when I get back after the school holidays.

Hey everyone,

Hungry frog is opened tonight from 6pm. We have our normal menu
- beef burgers with bacon lettuce tomato and cheese,
- lamb burgers with feta and tzatziki,
- halloumi burgers with tzatziki for our beautiful vegetarians,
- chicken schnitzel burgers,
- wedges with sour cream,
- hot chips,
And more.

I have homemade lemon meringue, caramel slice and pineapple/vanilla cheese cake,
I have some beautiful chocolate mud cake, brownies and Portuguese tarts that I ordered in especially form local suppliers.

See you tonight I am excited to see you all. Next week I am camping with my son so make sure you come in over the next few days and get your fill of the Hungry Frog.

Hi everyone,

Just a last minute call for anyone wanting some lunch. We have a few things left from our menu but portions are limited.

We have one piece of Passionfruit Meringue and a couple of pieces of Lemon Meringue and we have Peanut Brittle. All other home made desserts are sold out.
