Have you tried Browned Onions in your Thermomix?!

These are an easy way to jazz up some bacon and egg burgers, for an easy mid week meal. I doubled the amount of onion and added an extra few minutes to the cook time. They are also great on pizza 🤩

I’m often asked if I cook with the Thermomix every night… and the answer is no, BUT usually there is something Thermo related in there somewhere!

Dinner this week was some home grown mutton neck chops and spare ribs and the slow cooker 😋

I take some creative liberties when cooking casseroles… which is a nice way of saying I measure with love and have absolutely no recipe that I follow! But - I always put some home made chicken stock in for an extra flavour boost. This gives the dish soooo much extra flavour 🤩

I was sad to see the bottom of the stock container, so added that to the shopping list to restock asap!

Not sure why it took me so long to jump on the bandwagon…. By Marry Me Chicken was a huge hit! Forgot the baby spinach 😫 but was still delicious and 👍 from the kids.

Bonus points as it was sooo easy and quick!
