A family owned business this traditional maltese recipe has been carefully handed down to each owner because perfection in pasta should be respected. Your pasta is carefully crafted in their new home based commercial kitchen in Hillside Victoria. We grew up with an appreciation of fine food made by hand with only the best ingredients that can be grown in the garden. That's why if you read the ingr

edients in our products you'll only ever see a handful of real ingredients. Because we believe that pasta should be made the old fashion way, we follow family traditions and love making pasta snapped fresh to seal the goodness and flavour in. No Nasties stuff in our ingredients because it's FRE from Preservative, Additives and those numbers our Nonna's never grew up with! With an added secret ingredient of love taught to us by our Italian Mamma. We guarantee once you have tried our range of pasta your taste buds will be asking for more.
