To give you an idea of my past history I have worked in busy nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, recreational clubs and your friendly local pub/hotel. I thoroughly enjoy attending industry expos and gatherings to fine out all the new upcoming trends. What do you get out of it? How can you personalise your event? Ace of mixology is a completely mobile business that comes directly to you. Saving you the hassle of travel arrangements and allows you to enjoy a drink without the need to worry about how you are going to get home. As the owner/operator of Ace of Mixology I own a completely portable bar, which I will bring and work out of, this gives me an organized system and familiar setting to provide you with the best possible service. I also own all the tools of the trade to allow me to create any cocktails and/or beverages you may desire whether it be some of your favourites or to fit within your events theme. When deciding on the cocktails for the event I can assist with ideas and recipes from my own collection or am able to source alternatives for you. My suggestion would be to have no more than five cocktails with the inclusion of beer, wine and spirits, otherwise if you’re having a cocktail only evening then I can assist you to design a personalised cocktail menu for the gathering. Due to liquor licencing, Ace of Mixology does not supply any alcohol. All alcohol is to be supplied by the event organiser or third party. A 30 minutes to a 1hr meeting at the venue or setting of your choice would be strongly advised, this will establish adequate room for the bar and to work on a beverage menu. This is a great opportunity for you to really personalise your event and to ask any questions or add any special requests.
