Not an Italian classic this time… just one of my little creations 🌱

A vegan & gluten-free baked cheesecake with homemade mixed berry jam, made for two beautiful friends who chose one of my cakes to celebrate their union.

Something simple, wholesome and made with lots of love and care.

So happy this cake could be a small part of such a beautiful moment. 🤍

Every cake I make has a little piece of my heart in it.

This Di Saronno cake was made especially for Tracy's birthday: orange and almond sponge with a silky Di Saronno cream.

Tracy asked for just a little cream... but I couldn't help myself. I packed some extra on the side because that's just how I like to do things. I grew up believing that food is one of the simplest ways to show you care.

Happy Birthday, Tracy! I hope your day is as sweet as you are. Thank you for letting me be part of your celebration. 🍊✨

A little piece of home in a beautiful café in Cotton Tree .espressobar 💛

I can't tell you how excited I am to see my Torta della Nonna sitting in the cake cabinet.

This cake feels like a grandma's cuddle to me. Warm, comforting, and made with love. It's the kind of cake that makes you slow down for a moment and just enjoy being exactly where you are.

I hope it makes your taste buds jump for joy and brings a little bit of that cosy, homemade feeling to your day.

Omg… I finally did it 🤩

This cake has been with me for months! Trying, failing, starting over and over again - the slow, old way, with patience and heart.

And now she’s here!

Sweet Dora signature shortcrust, a soft lemon-vanilla custard, and that distinctive yet delicate Mediterranean twist from the pine nuts…

It tastes like home, like simple things, like a warm grandma hug that stays with you ✨

A little while ago, when I went to pick up my partner from the blood donor centre, I had the loveliest chat with two beautiful ladies working there. We ended up talking about food, and I mentioned my little vegan & gluten-free treats business ✨

I promised I’d bring something in one day for the lovely staff… and yesterday I finally did 🤎

Since donating blood isn’t really an option for me (my veins never cooperate 😅), I thought I’d donate a little sweetness instead.

Cheers to all the beautiful nurses and staff at (Maroochidore)— you are all so kind and amazing.
