Hi everyone!
Many of you already know me as the founder of Mary’s Bakery. For over 5 years, I’ve been creating artisan honey cakes in Sydney, serving more than 10,000 happy customers and earning over 850 wonderful reviews.

Over the past few months, I’ve also been teaching Zephyr workshops, and I’m proud to say that almost 100 students have already attended my classes and successfully created delicious Zephyr at home.

Now I’m excited to open these workshops to the wider Sydney community!

✨ What is Zephyr?

Zephyr is a traditional European fruit dessert with a light, airy texture that melts in your mouth. It’s one of the most loved homemade desserts across Eastern Europe and a beautiful addition to any dessert table, celebration, or afternoon tea.

Think of it as a dessert version of a Paint & Sip — but instead of painting, you’ll learn how to make authentic homemade Zephyr from scratch.

During the workshop, you’ll learn:

🌸 How to make Zephyr from scratch
🌸 The secrets behind its light and airy texture
🌸 Tips and techniques for perfect results every time
🌸 How to recreate it confidently at home
