Our first time enjoying an afternoon tea set served in the beautiful tiered trays 😍🫖💕 Such a lovely experience at Manon Tea Room in Chatswood Chase!

We loved the sandwiches 🥪 — my favourite was the banana puff, while my husband’s favourite was the egg sandwich 😋💛

We ordered one afternoon tea set to share, which came with a pot of tea, and we chose the Vanilla Chamomile 🌼☕️. It was perfect for the two of us and such a nice way to spend the afternoon together. 💕✨

Definitely a lovely little afternoon tea experience in Chatswood! 🥰

We tried another teow chew restaurant at 🤗👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We love the crab and prawn congee and steam eel 😍😍😍!! I would suggest you make reservation as it is normally very long queue 😊this time I booked it 2 weeks ago 😁😁🤗🤗

Amazing lunch we had at Mrs Jones in Orient Hotel at !! Very crispy and poached salmon so good , soft and tender , bake potatoes 🥔 so crispy too ! We will come back for other dishes 🤗🤗💕💕🥳🥳 Happy Sunday and Happy Father’s Day to all fathers 😁

As a half Teochew myself — my mum is Teochew — I always love trying Teochew cuisine. ❤️

Today we tried a new Teochew restaurant in Chatswood - City Of Chao,潮公館and really enjoyed it!

The 潮州滷水例牌 with braised duck, egg, tofu and pork was yummy and full of flavour. 😋 The Teochew-style fried noodles also had a lovely umami taste and were really tasty.

We finished with a classic Teochew dessert — 反沙芋, fried yam sticks coated with a sweet sugar layer. Crispy on the outside, soft inside and so good! 💜
