Meet Angelo Santangelo. His family have farmed in the Hawkesbury for 80 years. This season, tonnes of his hand-picked oranges were heading to waste, blemished on the outside, incredible on the inside. Good & Fugly stepped in.

This is Paul 👨‍🌾. His family farm, Chetcuti Produce, is based on the Central Coast and has been growing fresh vegetables for generations. During the summer months, Paul and his team are busy harvesting tomatoes, zucchini and dutch carrots, working with the seasons to bring out the best in every crop.

As a family-owned and run operation, there’s a lot that goes into keeping things moving, from managing unpredictable weather to ensuring quality produce makes it from farm to table. It’s good to see Paul has some hot tips on how to stay nourished out in the fields.
