This is Paul 👨🌾. His family farm, Chetcuti Produce, is based on the Central Coast and has been growing fresh vegetables for generations. During the summer months, Paul and his team are busy harvesting tomatoes, zucchini and dutch carrots, working with the seasons to bring out the best in every crop.
As a family-owned and run operation, there’s a lot that goes into keeping things moving, from managing unpredictable weather to ensuring quality produce makes it from farm to table. It’s good to see Paul has some hot tips on how to stay nourished out in the fields.
