Let’s settle this! The meat on the left is a perfectly cut tomahawk steak 🥩 the 2 on the right are emaciated pieces of chum not fit for human consumption. If you consider the right a tomahawk you can join the vegan party now. Day in day out when going to a butcher we have to educate them on how to cut a tomahawk before they scalpel the bone into the abyss 😭

Tonight we cooked 2 x 2.2kg tomahawks steaks cooked medium rare reverse seared 🥩 served with 2 x 3kg beef short ribs cooked medium rare reverse seared season with a Jack Daniels bbq rub 🥩 can’t forget the peach iced tea 🤤🤤🤌 Served 3 people 😱
