A fantastic evening tonight as we worked through the food and wine matching for next week’s Leeuwin Estate Wine Dinner on Wednesday 24 June at Glass Brasserie.

The wines from Leeuwin Estate were showing beautifully and paired perfectly with the dishes prepared by the Glass Brasserie team. Based on tonight’s tasting, guests are in for a truly memorable evening featuring some of Australia’s finest wines matched with exceptional cuisine.

We’re looking forward to hosting the dinner together with the team from Leeuwin Estate and Hilton Sydney. If tonight’s preview was anything to go by, it promises to be a very special evening.
