Winnie's Sydney Winnie’s is a café by day, cocktail bar by night. Winnie’s all day on the lower concourse of Sydney Opera House.

Nestled beneath the Opera House sails, House Canteen is an all-day hawker-style venue with show stopping views of Sydney Harbour. We are the ideal stop for those on the run, as well as those of you stopping to take in the view, offering a vibrant pan-asian flavour led journey. Start your morning at the House Canteen bakery with an early morning coffee and BadBoy Bakehouse donut whilst you watch th

e bustling city wake up and come to life! We are a great pit stop for lunch, whether you are catching up with friends, sampling our Japanese, Vietnamese and Chinese inspired dishes, or if you are on the run and want to pick something tasty up from our grab-n-go selection. If you are out for the evening at the theatre join us for a pre or post snack and a delicious cocktail, please allow at least one hour for this so we can take you on our journey.

Sitting right on Sydney Harbour next door to Opera Bar, this new waterfront spot from Applejack (also behind Rafi, Forrester’s and Bopp & Tone) is inspired by Winifred Atwell, the first woman to perform at the Opera House during its construction in 1964.
