South Australia is about to enter Michelin territory. ⭐🇦🇺

On October 14, the inaugural Michelin Guide South Australia 2027 selection will be revealed, with Stars, Bib Gourmands, Michelin Selected restaurants and Special Awards all set to be announced.

So who should we be watching?

Restaurant Botanic looks like the clearest name in the three-star conversation, while Magill Estate, Maxwell Restaurant and LVN at Bird in Hand could all feature strongly.

Beyond Adelaide, Michelin inspectors have also travelled across the state, meaning regional restaurants could play a major role in the final selection.

And with Bib Gourmands and individual awards still to come, there could be plenty of surprises on the night.
