Most kitchens already have chicken salt in their dry store. The question is whether it's being used to its full potential.

Flavon® Chicken Salt has more range than most kitchens realise.

In stocks and broths, add 5–10g per litre during the simmer for savoury depth and natural umami without overpowering the base. Works particularly well in chicken stock, ramen broth and laksa base.

In crumb mixes, blend through at approximately 15–20g per 500g of crumb. The seasoning holds through frying and delivers a consistent flavour layer with no finishing needed at service.

In marinades, use 20–30g per kilo of protein with oil and acid. It works as a natural tenderiser and builds a stronger flavour backbone before cooking begins.

As a finishing seasoning, a light dusting over roasted vegetables, grilled proteins or chips immediately before service. Consistent every time.
