We make gluten-free food that is not a sad imitation of the wheaty original! The story began years ago when a gang of our friends started sharing fabulous gluten-free dinners together, and has somehow led to a few of us dedicating ourselves to what has become a gluten-free challenge. We're currently compiling recipes from these wonderful dinners into a cookbook, but in the meantime, we'd like to s
