“The farmer is the guardian of the nations health” . How we farm translates into your bodies. Our soil health and plant diversity and strength is what creates the high nutrition levels in our milk & cheese. The lack of all chemicals from our system means your gut isn’t going to struggle with digesting what should be whole foods. Come and enjoy fresh local cheeses this week at Camden Famers Market. So many of my customers who are lactose intolerant report that our cheese has none of the discomforting effects of the cheeses coming from the industrial system. This is not by chance.

BUT when your tap roots reach 1.5m into the ground you can still stay green… cows have been grazing on fields of chicory flowers, lucerne and forage brassica… amazing cows are still getting the majority of their diet from the paddocks despite the conditions.
