Another magical event — done and dusted! 🍷✨
A lunch filled with laughter, discovery, and the kind of energy only true wine lovers bring. The room was alive — fully booked, brimming with passion, and graced by a lineup of incredible wines that told stories of different plots, winemaking styles, and delicate layers of residual sugar.

Each glass revealed something rare — a fingerprint of soil, sun, and craftsmanship. The quality behind every drop was simply outstanding.

I feel deeply privileged to have shared this evening with so many friends — old and new — all gathered by the love of Italian wine and good company. My heart is full, and my gratitude endless.

Ode to Hospitality

The room is filled with wine, food, the sounds of plates and cutlery, the visual music of tables, décor, and tablecloths.
And then — the silence. The stillness at the end of the night shift before closing such a room.

But hang on… something remains. Life.

For a few hours, that room was truly alive.
Alive with the corporate dinner sealing a deal.
Alive with the couple celebrating their love.
Alive with the family or friends raising a glass together.
Alive even with memory — the absence of the guest who is no longer with us.

For a moment, walking through a restaurant’s dining room means walking through life itself.
It’s impossible not to breathe it in, not to admire it, and not to start living with it.

Pouring wines for guests today is a true privilege — a connection.
Because, even for a moment, I have the chance to become part of someone else’s life.

The power lies in serving without being just a server — in becoming the frame around someone else’s story.
And there is nothing more beautiful than being the frame around a masterpiece.

And if one day I have poured a glass of wine for you — thank you.
Thank you for allowing me to step, even briefly, into the canvas of your life.
