Grateful to have been part of the Australia Pizza Championships 2026.
First, I want to congratule my fellow winners once again :
Bravo guys, well deserved !!!
Personally, it has been an incredibly rewarding experience, a privilege to be a part of and definitely a career highlight. I leave this competition a more experienced pizzaiolo.
Being judged by the industry giants :.di.francesco has been massive for my learning curve. Their contribution to the craft speaks for itself, and it was an honour to have my work evaluated by people who continue to shape and elevate the industry every day.
Looking back, I was able to learn from the mistakes I made in Melbourne last year because I had the chance to talk to Johnny & Daniel after competing. I took their advice on board. Everything they said. To be honest, all judges were keen to give feedback and I listened. This year, the results came.
When people like them talk to you, you take in every single word.
