🚨📢WE’RE HIRING! 🍕

Il Barbuto Pizza is growing, and we’re looking for a Chef / Pizza Chef to join our team.

Pizza experience is preferred, but not essential — what matters most to us is a good attitude, passion for food and a willingness to learn.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, organised and enjoys working as part of a small team.

👉🏼 If you think you’d be a good fit, send us an email to [email protected] with your CV.

Come make pizza with us. ❤️🍕

📰🍕 WE’RE IN THE PAPER! 🍕📰

What an incredible review! We’re absolutely buzzing to see Il Barbuto Pizza featured in today’s newspaper. ❤️

We’ve poured so much love, passion, and hard work into Il Barbuto—so seeing our small family business recognised like this means the world to us.

A huge THANK YOU to The Sydney Morning Herald and Bianca Hrovat for the feature, and to everyone who has booked us, eaten our pizzas, supported us, recommended us, and followed along ❤️

This one means a LOT. 🍕✨

Meet our QUATTRO FORMAGGI

If a cheese board was a pizza, this would be it. Fior di Latte, Provolone, Grana, and Gorgonzola melt together into one smooth, rich blend, with each cheese bringing something different to the table. Finished with a plum jam and a sprinkle of sea salt to bring all the flavours together.

Simple ingredients. Big flavour.
