We had the amazing opportunity to visit Martin's Ridges Farm, a stunning sustainable pig farm on the South Coast! 🐷

We got to experience their meat processing firsthand—curing, mincing, dicing, and crafting delicious pâtés & terrines.

As the French saying goes "Tout est bon dans le cochon"...Every part of these incredible animals is put to good use, and the result?
