We’re a small family-run business proudly based in Taralga, NSW, with a passion for great jerky and supporting local wherever we can.

What started 10+ years ago as a hobby quickly became something we truly loved. Making jerky for friends and family, experimenting with flavours, and refining recipes — the response was always the same: people kept asking for more!

After a decade of perfecting our craft, we took the leap to turn our passion into a business. Every batch is still made with care, attention, and love, keeping production small so we can focus on flavour, quality, and consistency.

Great jerky starts with quality ingredients, patience, and a genuine passion for the craft.

Being a small regional family business means a lot to us. We’re proud to support local communities and be a part of a great community while sharing something we genuinely enjoy creating.

It’s Friday — and we all know what that means! 🎉 Taralga Sports Club has the Fishing Club members draw and Joker raffle happening, bringing that always-awesome community vibe and excitement to see who might be the next big winner!

A big shout-out to Taralga Country Kitchen for continuing to serve up delicious meals — you never disappoint! 👏

We’re also excited to share that we’ve topped up stock, so there’s more of our product available for purchase over the bar, and we’ll also be bringing along more of our Nothing But Nuts spread for you to grab.
