Can you believe that April is coming to an end?! We’ll be changing our routine a little bit starting in May. Tuesday + Wednesday 9am - 2pm @ Forster Civic Centre. Thursday 7:30 - Noon .producemarket . This is creating space + time to get involved in few community events across the coast over the next few weeks (Tuncurry Museum open day, Flametree community market + Nabiac Farmers on the last Saturday of the month).

Lest we forget.
A different ANZAC day for me this year. I listened to the dawn service in the car on the way to the market + when I passed the War Memorial in Taree, the crowd in the dark was large + building. I’ll have my moment of quiet reflection this afternoon after a morning spent with our rural + regional community coming together. Lest We Forget those who fought, died, came home - not always in the best shape. Thank you for your service.

Within this humble little toastie lurks an oozy + delicious filling + an origin story straight from the banks of the Wallamba River.
In all seriousness though - Nabiac Bakery white tank loaf filled with herby mustard bechamel + all the cheese! Crispy on the outside, soft + gooey in the middle.

My favourite , favourite bread since I was a little kid swimming in the river - something about the round shape + soft white centre 😍. Nabiac Bakery is located in the village at 85 Clarkson St + has been banging out ripper pies + baked goods for decades.
