✨Almost the Last of Our Summer Truffles ✨

The season is drawing to a close, and we're down to the final - or very close to the final - harvest of our beautiful Summer Truffles.

These little treasures won't be around much longer.

Rich, earthy and beautifully aromatic, they're perfect shaved over fresh pasta, folded through scrambled eggs, infused into butter, or added to a simple risotto for something truly special.

There's something special about cooking with ingredients that only come around once a year - and this is your last opportunity to enjoy that unmistakable truffle flavour before the season finishes.

Meet Baxter!

Our newest addition to Lothlorien Truffles - our trainee truffle hunter in the making.

Still learning the ropes (as are we), Baxter is already showing plenty of enthusiasm and cuteness - even if that mostly means digging holes, getting dirty and proudly supervising every find.

Watch this space... big things (and hopefully truffles) ahead!
