One of our customers had to move their reservation for a Whole from our 6/17/25 harvest date to August, so we have a rare opportunity: the harvest animal for 6/17/25 now available is DNA-tested 10 out of 10 on Tenderness, 6 out of 10 on Marbling, so the grass-fed/grass-finished beef from this individual will be fork-tender. The rain we've been blessed to receive has provided lush grazing, so our harvest animals are grass-finishing perfectly.
