This hack is so good! I often have this sitting on the bench while I make the sauce in the thermomix.

❤️ LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES❤️

We’re sisters Shannon & Emily, and we grew up together on our family property at Mitchell. Although life has taken us in slightly different directions, we both share a love of the country lifestyle and everything that comes with it.

🌿 **Meet Shannon**

Shannon lives at Muckadilla, where she and her family run a mixed farming business with both cropping and cattle. She’s a proud mum to three beautiful boys, one of whom is currently away at boarding school.

When she’s not busy on the farm or with the boys, you’ll usually find Shannon in the garden, spending time with her animals or exploring her newest passion, pottery.

🐄**Meet Emily**

Emily lives about 20 minutes out of Toowoomba on their little 122-acre hobby farm. Before settling in Toowoomba, Emily and her husband lived in Far North Queensland, where most weekends were spent fishing.

These days, life looks a little different, with two children in tow and plenty of fencing to keep them busy! Emily also works part-time as a Clinical Nurse in Emergency, caring for geriatric patients.

Two sisters, two different properties, busy family lives and a shared love of the country, animals & Thermie cooking ❤️

There’s something about making your own bread rolls and fresh bread that just hits differently… 🤤

Here’s why I love making dough in my TM7:

✨ SO EASY🤍🤍The TM7 does the hard work of kneading for me. No sore arms or messy benchtops!

✨ FRESH IS BEST🤍🤍Nothing beats the smell of freshly baked bread wafting through the house.

✨ BUDGET FRIENDLY🤍🤍A few basic ingredients turn into delicious bread rolls for the whole family.

✨ I KNOW WHAT’S IN IT🤍🤍Simple ingredients, homemade goodness and no need for a long list of extras.

✨ SO VERSATILE🤍🤍Bread rolls, pizza dough, focaccia, scrolls, loaves… the possibilities are endless!

✨ THAT FEELING🤍🤍There’s something so satisfying about pulling a tray of golden, homemade bread rolls out of the oven. 🥰

And the best part? The TM7 takes care of the kneading, leaving me to do the fun part!

Who else loves making their own bread? 🙋‍♀️.
