On today's episode of 'love eating it, dislike prepping it' we have the humble snow pea.

They're tedious and fiddly. 2nd favourite vegetable and fine in small doses but doing them by kilos in a kitchen always wound me up.

P.s Snow pea Julienne is one of the most ridiculous tasks to ever grace a prep list!
