Baby Skinner has officially been showered! 🩵

I’m convinced this baby is going to arrive shaped like a sandwich 🙃

Out of all the weird and wonderful pregnancy cravings, a good sandwich has been the one thing I keep coming back to. And for some reason, it just hits different when someone else makes it for you.

Today was gestational diabetes test day, so naturally I decided I deserved a little reward afterwards. Enter this absolute beauty… the Supa Salad Sandwich with ham from Sandwich Express … literally look at those layers?!

Fresh, loaded and exactly what I was craving. Baby boy was pretty happy with this decision too 💙

Tell me I’m not the only one who’s had a random pregnancy food obsession?!

Sorry I’ve been a little MIA lately… growing a tiny human is apparently a full-time job 😅

Pregnancy is going really well and we’re 22 weeks now, which feels wild to even say! But the fatigue has been very real and, plot twist, it’s also given me a pretty solid aversion to creating cooking videos at the moment.

And Thai food.
And anything with fish sauce.
And pork.
My nose has entered its dramatic era 🤢

I’m really hoping it passes soon because I’ve had to decline a couple of lovely opportunities, and I’ve also got a box of goodies from one of my favourite brands waiting for me to feel like myself again. So if you’ve been wondering where the cooking content has gone… she’s currently on maternity-adjacent pause 😂

On a much happier food note, I do NOT have an aversion to Korean food, thank goodness.

We grabbed dinner from tonight and my spicy chicken bibimbap was incredible. Like, new craving unlocked incredible 🔥

Brekky before work just hits different

Stopped into Turvey’s Bakehouse for a quick weekday brekky and it did not disappoint.
Good coffee, fresh food, and actually taking a moment before the day starts

I went the ham scrambled eggs with thick toast, and Leigh had the corn and potato fritters
Plus a latte for me and matcha for Leigh… and a cheeky choc chip cookie on the side

Such a nice way to start the day!
